Every diagram and animation uses accurate 3D models of the vehicles involved, roadway features, roadway objects and entire surrounding terrain.  Lighting conditions, weather conditions, sun position can and will also be reflected on all projects.

 

Animations can be powerful in demonstrating evidence to a jury.  Our animations have been accepted in federal court as demonstrative evidence. Our animation projects are visual statements produced to demonstrate the evidence used to support our opinions, other expert testimony, witness testimony and other evidence admitted into trial. Our animations have enhanced the jury’s understanding of complex issues and we are qualified-tendered animators providing credible expert testimony capable of validating that the demonstrative evidence is accurate and a relevant portrayal supporting verbal testimony. We can and will testify to show that our animations have a legal basis for demonstrating what, how and where a collision or crime occurred. 

 

Our Simulations have been definitively accepted in court as well as been accepted as actual evidence.  It is extremely difficult to admit a simulation as evidence, and under only extremely rare circumstances will there be enough definitive information to even be able to create one that would pass the test.  Our animators have provided expert witness testimony in State Court involving simulations.
